PHP Laravel project rewrite to Java SpringBoot Microservices

We have an enterprise application running on PHP Laravel project. We would need to rewrite it using Java SpringBoot Microservices subject to these conditions – the Frontend(UI, web pages etc) remain unchanged in PHP. the services need to be rewritten and also the middle layer that does the calculations, validations etc need to be rewritten as well. The DB layer will remain unchanged or will be used with a graph db. Please suggest any tools that can help in easy rewriting. The functionalities will be same just we do this for easy scalability.
