Connection refused, I can’t ssh into my server

I’m not sure if my site was hacked or there’s a server related error.
My website was running fine ever since I published it, yesterday I visited it and it said connection refused.
I informed my hosting provider and they told me to create a new database connection, when I open phpMyAdmin I get a strange error that says:

When I try to ssh into my server I get the following errors:
